Requirements:
- Minimum education of S1 Civil Engineering
- Able to read drawings and analyze working drawings
- Able to operate Ms. Office, Sketchup, and AutoCAD
- Have good communication skills and teamwork
- Minimum 1 year work experience in the role of technician building
- Ready to work in a team, proactive

Job Description:
- Review and supervise infrastructure work
- Perform maintenance and support related to utilities and infrastructure of parks and areas
- Repair utilities and infrastructure
- Study working drawings and specifications
- Conduct internal checklists for handover preparation
- Provide technical support when needed
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, and other departments
