Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting or Taxation.
- Possess Brevet A & B Tax Certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in taxation (preferably in the property/real estate sector).
- Strong understanding and knowledge of tax regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Disciplined, responsible, and highly committed, with strong initiative and creativity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good behavior and attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Placement in Summarecon Bandung.
Job Description:
- Determine the type of tax applicable for each billing document from vendors/suppliers/contractors.
- Prepare reconciliations between tax data (PPh and VAT summaries) and accounting records (General Ledger).
- Proficient in tax-related applications such as Coretax System Administration, DJPONLINE, and e-Faktur desktop.
- Process tax payments and report SPT PPh 21, Unification, and VAT.
- Communicate with external parties regarding taxation matters (Tax Office, vendors/suppliers/contractors).
- Ensure proper organization and storage of all financial documents.
