Requirements:
lMinimum Education Associate Degree (D3) or higher
lPrevious work as a drafter is essential
lAt least 2 years of experience in projects involving high-rise buildings, low-rise buildings, and landed houses
lPreference for candidates with experience from consultancy firms
lProficient in using AutoCAD and SketchUp (basic)
lCompetent in drawing detailed shop drawings and creating superimposed drawings
lWillingness to be stationed in Plaza Summarecon Serpong
Job Description:
1.Support Construction Drawing Activities:
lEnsure that construction drawings meet design requirements, specifications, quality, and time targets
2.Review Structural Construction Drawings:
lConduct thorough reviews of in-house structural construction drawings across all units
lCoordinate with other disciplines such as Architectural (ARS) and Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) teams
