Minimum education D3/Bachelor’s Degree in any major, preferably Management, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in sales, marketing, or leasing (preferably in the retail, mall, or theme park industry).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Wide networking with tenants, brands, and communities.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in preparing sales/leasing reports.
Attractive appearance, confident, and good interpersonal skills.

Offer and sell space/lease areas (casual leasing) at Scientia Square Park Theme Park to potential tenants.
Search, contact, and build relationships with new and existing tenants for short- to medium-term leasing cooperation.
Manage the tenant prospect pipeline from approach, presentation, and negotiation to the signing of lease agreements.
Prepare proposals and presentation materials to support sales & leasing activities.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, legal, finance) related to agreements and leasing implementation.
Monitor, evaluate, and report tenant performance to superiors.
Maintain good relationships with tenants through intensive communication and after-sales service.
Contribute to achieving the theme park’s revenue targets through optimal utilization of leasing areas.
