Requirements:
- Minimum D3/S1 from any major (Marketing major is preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or retail operations (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Target-oriented, proactive, and communicative
- Good negotiation and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Job Description:
- Act as a sales person to support and achieve sales targets of Pasar Sinpasa
- Approach potential tenants and buyers to promote available units and programs
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential tenants
- Monitor daily sales activity and customer feedback
- Coordinate with related internal teams to ensure smooth sales process
- Support market initiatives and promotional events
