Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper
Proven experience in leading and handling team
Ready to work on shifting, on weekends and national holidays
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
Customer-oriented and great time management skills
Fluent in English is a plus

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team
Conduct regular inspections and uphold a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property
Schedule and organize staff shifts to meet operational needs
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
