Building good relationships with tenants, in-house lawyers/legal representative tenants/contractors/suppliers at unit malls.
Reviewing the results each legal departement’s letter in the Investment Property (IVP) area, related to legal letter and agreement between tenants, contractor, suppliers & event organizers, and giving the review.
Controling the calculation system for the Service Legal Agreement (SLA) in each IVP area and compiling the results of its achievements.
Controlling the implementation of the expiry tenant list and its implementation, and compiling the results of its implementation.
Controlling the implementation of the list of expiry date Intellectual Property Rights in the IVP area and its implementation, and compiling the results of its implementation.
Ensure the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards.
Stay up-to-date with changes in laws & regulations that may impact the organization and provide legal research as needed.
Assist all departments in unit malls.
