Requirements:
- Maximum 31 Years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 1 Year Experiences in same position
- Good skills in Hardware, Software system & troubleshooting, LAN, WAN, WLAN / Wireless system, OS Windows / Linux, NAS, Docker
- Understand the basic configuration of Windows Server 2019/2022
- Able to work in team and individual and willing to work mobile
- Have knowledge with multimedia tools
- Have knowledge of cyber security
- Willing to work mobile
- Willing to be located in Sekolah Al Azhar Summarecon Bekasi
Job Description:
- Installing and configuring computer software / hardware operating systems and application
- Identify & resolve problems that arise in the network
- Respond to issues & service requests in a timely manner
- Installing and configuring hardware devices, software, networks etc
- Ensure hardware & software used by users are functioning properly
- Conduct troubleshooting via email / telephone / remote for problems that occur
- Ensure devices for teaching and learning activities are running well
- Operate multimedia tools for school events
- Troubleshooting, monitoring and maintaining computer lab and language laboratory
