1–2 years of experience working at a property consultancy, or experience as a Business Development Analyst in a property company
Strong skills in financial modelling, feasibility studies, and business plan preparation
Ability to conduct property market research and analysis
Able to perform independent market research
Highly disciplined, responsible, and demonstrates strong integrity
Willing to travel for business purposes to various locations, both within and outside the city, as required by company strategy

Prepare feasibility studies and business plans
Conduct property market research and analysis (including market trends, macroeconomic trends, competitor analysis, and relevant regulations)
Carry out on-site field surveys
Plan and prepare for new project development
