1. A minimum educational requirement of a Diploma in Architecture.

2. Previous work as a drafter is essential

3. At least 2 years of experience in projects involving high-rise buildings, low-rise buildings, and landed houses

4. Preference for candidates with experience from consultancy firms

5. Proficient in using AutoCAD and SketchUp

6. Competent in drawing detailed shop drawings and creating superimposed images

7. Willingness to be stationed in Gading Serpong

1. Support Construction Drawing Activities:

Ensure that construction drawings meet design requirements, specifications, quality, and time targets

2. Review Architectural Construction Drawings:

lConduct thorough reviews of in-house Architectur construction drawings across all units

lCoordinate with other disciplines such as Structural and Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) teams
