Requirements:
- Minimum D3 degree in any field, with preference for Civil Engineering major
- At least 1 year of experience in After Sales Service
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of building construction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Job Description:
- Prepare handover activity equipment
- Invite customers to handover activities
- Act as a mediator for customer complaints to relevant parties
- Conduct follow-up checks on resolved customer complaints
- Submit weekly and monthly reports
