Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any major (Engineering background preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on excellent service
- Willing to be placed in Samasta, Bali
Job Description:
- Responsible for operational activities, including supervision and monitoring of outsourced services, tenants, and public facilities
- Handle both internal and external customer complaints effectively
- Prepare and submit daily to monthly reports related to the operations department
