Minimum education: Associate’s / Bachelor’s Degree in any major, preferably in Management, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in sales, marketing, or leasing (experience in retail, malls, or theme parks is an advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
Wide networking with tenants, brands, and communities.
Able to work both independently and in a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in preparing sales/leasing reports.
Attractive appearance, confident, and possessing good interpersonal skills.
Willing to be placed in Scientia Square Park

Offer and sell space/area rentals (casual leasing) at Scientia Square Park Theme Park to potential tenants.
Source, contact, and build relationships with new and existing tenants for short- and medium-term leasing cooperation.
Manage the tenant prospect pipeline from approach, presentation, and negotiation to lease agreement signing.
Prepare proposals and presentation materials to support sales & leasing activities.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, legal, finance) regarding lease agreements and execution.
Monitor, evaluate, and report tenant performance to superiors.
Maintain good relationships with tenants through intensive communication and after-sales service.
Contribute to achieving the theme park’s revenue targets through the optimization of leasing area utilization.
