Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of Hukum Pertanahan, especially regarding agreements, documentation, and transactions related to land and buildings.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in explaining legal matters to clients.
- Patient, responsive, and solution-oriented when handling customer inquiries or complaints.
- Able to maintain professionalism and empathy in the workplace.
- Proficient in proper Indonesian language usage, especially in drafting letters, handling phone calls, and responding to messages In a manner that is both Proffesional and Punctual.
- Systematic problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and focused on small details.
- Fast learner, responsive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Disciplined, honest, and able to maintain company confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Description:
- Process administrative documents related to land and building matters, including but not limited to Jual beli, peralihan hak, buyback, and submission of transaction documents to relevant parties.
- Coordinate with relevant parties, including but not limited to clients, Notaris/PPAT, and banks.
- Provide clients with a clear understanding of the procedures for jual beli, peralihan hak, and buybacks.
- Organize and archive customer documents properly according to the established system.
- Provide clear and accurate explanations to customers regarding the status or content of relevant documents/agreements.
- Follow up on customer requests, complaints, or issues in a professional manner.
