Vacancy Detail

Active university student or fresh graduate (majoring in Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, or related fields).
Bachelor’s Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or Management from a reputable university.
Minimum 1 year of experience in business analytics; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience working with dashboard tools (Tableau/QlikView) and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.) is an advantage.
Experience in data analysis, trend analysis, statistics, and generating business insights.
Willing to be placed at Summarecon Mall Serpong.
Strong interest in data analysis

Reporting about performance leasing department (Weekly KPI, Monthly KPI, Monthly Report)
Maintain & Monitoring database tenant
Budgeting for Leasing Department
Analysis data and report
Maintain database in IPMS (reconcile, verification, troubleshooting)
Review & Develop System IPMS
