Min. 1 year experience in Property/Retail/Architecture consultant (fresh graduates welcome); experience in commercial projects is a plus.
Advanced Excel Skill
Strong skills in data & trend analysis, financial modelling, and feasibility studies.
Good analytical, Good interpersonal, communication, coordination skill, problem solving, logical thinking
Have a very high interest in data analysis and financial model
Ability to conduct property market research and analysis.
Skill in technical drawing is preferrable
Willing to work at Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading

Reporting about performance leasing department (Weekly KPI, Monthly KPI, Monthly Report)
Maintain & Monitoring database tenant
Budgeting for Leasing Department
Analysis data and report
Review & optimize mall layout for New Project Developments
Prepare Feasibility Study for New Project Developments
