Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law (S1 Hukum)
- Maximum age: 42 years old
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in consumer legal or notary field
- Communicative, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team and under pressure
- Placement: Bandung
Job Description:
- Understand contracts and manage legal document processes, including ordering, sales and purchase agreements, transfer of rights, and deeds of sale and purchase
- Provide legal advice to management, conduct legal analysis, and offer legal opinions related to ongoing issues
- Communicate legal information clearly and in an easy-to-understand manner
- Coordinate with third parties such as notaries or external legal consultants
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations
