Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in property/developer companies
- Strong communication skills

Job Description:
- Ensure the implementation of cluster/shophouse (ruko) environmental management in accordance with SOPs and Estate Regulations to maintain safety, orderliness, and residents’ comfort
- Conduct detailed on-site inspections within cluster and shophouse areas
- Responsible for handling and resolving customer complaints through SRIS
- Monitor occupancy activities in cluster/shophouse areas, including move-in/move-out processes, IPL (maintenance fee) arrears, and occupancy data management
