Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position or 3 years as Head of Estate
- Preferably experienced in property development
- Willing to work on weekends
- Flexible, communicative, and has strong leadership qualities
- Highly responsible with excellent negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- This position will be placed in Summarecon Tangerang
Job Description:
- Develop annual work programs and budgets for Town Management
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of Town Management strategies
- Report the performance of the Town Management Department to the Unit Head for evaluation
- Maintain good relationships with residents
- Ensure the operations of clusters and commercial areas run according to plan
- Maintain and establish good relations with government institutions
