Develop fashion show themes aligned with the event’s vision, current fashion trends, and target audience.
Curate and coordinate designers, brands, and collections to ensure consistency with the overall event theme.
Collaborate closely with set designers, lighting designers, and music directors to ensure the audio-visual atmosphere enhances and supports the showcased collections.
Manage backstage and model coordination, including preparation and readiness.
Direct and oversee the overall show flow during the fashion show.
Take full accountability for the execution and outcomes of the event, including post-event evaluation of strengths and areas for improvement.
Ensure seamless coordination with key supporting roles such as stylists and hair & makeup artists.
Bridge designers’ creative vision with stage production and technical requirements.
Act as the primary liaison between the fashion team and other divisions, including logistics, stage, lighting, multimedia, and the event director.
