Requirements:
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field.
- 10-12 years of work experience in marketing, shopping center management or retail brand management.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural, bilingual work environment.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Photoshop and Illustrator a plus.
- Knowledge of international and domestic fashion brands.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
Job Description:
- Develop theAnnual Marketing Plan for the Center. Prepare and finalize a brochure outlining the Annual Marketing Plan and develop more detailed materials on quarterly basis.
- Establish effective business relationships with existing and target tenants to present the Center’s Annual Marketing Plan, to encourage participation in Marketing initiatives, and to colaborate on various ways to maximize sales productivity.
- Responsible for preparation and oversight of Center’s Annual Marketing Budget.
- Responsible for Center’sbranding strategy and for development of key visuals, core messaging, and all elements of the Center’s brand identity.
- Oversee all PR efforts and maintain close relationships with key media to maximize exposure of the Center.
- Plan and execute a comprehensive media plan, identifying the most effective channels for online, TV, radio, print, and outdoor advertising.
- Oversee management of the Center’s owned media including the official website, mobile app, and social media platforms.
- Establish and grow the membership program by attracting more members, expanding the benefits and privileges offered to members, and initiating frequent communication with members to drive higher spending.
- Oversee design and installation of all shopping center graphics and onsite tenant advertising.
- Plan onsite events throughout the year aimed to attract more visitors, enhance the overall environment, and lengthen the average stay.
- Coordinate with tenants regarding participation in the quarterly Coupon Book Program.
- Coordinate with tenants regarding sponsorship of seasonal gift with purchase programs, lucky draws, and other promotional campaigns.
- Establish partnerships with various hotels, visitor attractions, tour agencies, travel websites, etc. to market the Center to both domestic and foreign tourists.
- Coordinate research activity for Center (focus groups, customer studies, trade area demographics, etc.) and effectively utilize research information in the development and execution of Center’s Marketing Plans.
- Develop appropriate measurement tools to monitor the effectiveness and overall success of various marketing efforts.
