At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related same position as Head of Engineering (building, such as Shopping Center / Mall)
Great communication skill.
Able to work as independently and team player
Willing to work at Kelapa Gading

To develop and implement a comprehensive Engineering Operation Plan and manual including preventative maintenance plans
Implementing Critical Environment Management while manage critical equipment Power Plant to minimize risk Mal Building business operation.
Work very closely with the specialized contractors/vendors and ensure to minimize equipment down time and deliver high level of services
Follow-up and implementation on actions from Health, Safety and Environment Inspections
ensure the effectiveness operations and maintenance of the all building equipment and Critical Load Panels for Mall including implementation of an effective planned maintenance program
To assess the conditions of the building and its systems and make recommendation for improvement saving energy initiative for Mall
Manage Day to day Mal building operation such as Help desk , manage technician , trouble shooting , minor repair , refurbishment project, equipment replacement etc
