Requirements:
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Preferably in Marketing/Public Relations)
- At least 1 Year of working experience in a related field
- Strong data analyze and have a creative thinking
- Good knowledge at membership program
- Experience with copy-writing, creating content design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator), and event promotion
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good English communication skills

Job Description:
- Creating and organizing membership activity plans in accordance with the loyalty program strategy
- Develop membership programs to expand the customer base by acquiring new members & enhancing member loyalty
- Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness
- Monitoring all procedures and processes related to the implementation of the membership program
