Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in banquet sales, event sales, or hotel/club hospitality sales
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience in clubs, hotels, or luxury hospitality environments is an advantage
  • Familiarity with the Summarecon Serpong area and corporate/social market is a plus
  • Sales-driven and target-oriented
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills

Job Description:

  • Actively sell event & ala carte facilities for weddings, corporate meetings, social events.
  • Handle inquiries, prepare proposals, contracts, and follow up with prospective clients
  • Conduct client meetings to promote restaurant facilities and services
  • Coordinate closely with Operations, Kitchen, Finance, and other related departments to ensure event requirements are met.
  • Prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure accurate communication of event details
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new client networks
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Ensure all events & reservations are executed according to agreed standards and client expectations
  • Handle client feedback and resolve issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
