Minimum academic rank of Lecturer (Lektor)
At least 5 years of experience working as a lecturer
Has national and international publications
Proficient in statistical data analysis and population/economic regional projection techniques
Professional certification from IAP (Indonesian Association of Planners) is an advantage
Certification in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is an advantage
Willing to be placed in Tangerang

Prepare semester lesson plans
Carry out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education (teaching, research, and community service)
Conduct research published in academic outlets and perform community service within the Urban and Regional Planning study program
Perform administrative duties related to academic responsibilities
Carry out other assignments given by the University
