Requirements:
- Male/Female, maximum age 38 years old
- Holds a Doctoral (Ph.D.) degree in Management (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at a university level
- Holds a minimum academic rank of Lektor (preferred)
- Proficient in concepts, theories, and best practices in Retail Management
- Oriented towards the implementation of OBE (Outcome-Based Education) curriculum
- Strong motivation in carrying out the Three Pillars of Higher Education (Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi)
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang
Job Description:
- Prepare semester lecture plans
- Conduct SCOPUS- and SINTA-indexed research and community service activities
- Carry out administrative and operational tasks related to the Three Pillars of Higher Education
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Study Program and the University
