Requirements:

  • Minimum Education Diploma 3 (D3) or Bachelor (S1) from any major.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Customer Care or in similar service industry.
  • Have experience and ability in analysing and handling customer complaints and providing solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office
  • Fluency in English (preferred)

Job Description:

  • Monitor and resolve customer complaints
  • Ensure complaints are handled properly and correctly
  • Analyse customer complaints for improvement
  • Monitor team performance in the field
  • Responsible for training and development of Service Excellent skills of team members
  • Assist in the recapitulation of customer care data
  • Maintain relationships with customers
  • Develop customer relationship management programmes
  • Follow up with customers for feedback, surveys, and reviews
