Requirements:
- Minimum Education Diploma 3 (D3) or Bachelor (S1) from any major.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Customer Care or in similar service industry.
- Have experience and ability in analysing and handling customer complaints and providing solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English (preferred)

Job Description:
- Monitor and resolve customer complaints
- Ensure complaints are handled properly and correctly
- Analyse customer complaints for improvement
- Monitor team performance in the field
- Responsible for training and development of Service Excellent skills of team members
- Assist in the recapitulation of customer care data
- Maintain relationships with customers
- Develop customer relationship management programmes
- Follow up with customers for feedback, surveys, and reviews
