Proven experience as a sports coach or in a related field (Padel, Tennis, Badminton, Futsal, Basketball, and Swimming).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
Ability to create effective lesson plans and manage classes.
Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Responsible, goal-oriented, and attentive to detail.
Knowledge of children’s education, sports, and fitness
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Design and implement daily lesson plans based on class needs.
Support students’ skill development, independence, and discipline, while ensuring safety and well-being.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback in collaboration with the Lead Coach.
Prepare, organize, and maintain equipment and facilities before and after sessions.
Keep accurate records of attendance, equipment use, and class activities.
Deliver engaging group and private coaching sessions.
Ensure classrooms and courts are safe, clean, and ready for use.
Participate in trainings, team meetings, and assist with events organized by Wellground
