Requirements:

  • A Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in the spa, guest services, front desk, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
  • Hyper focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Up to date on current industry trends and best practices
  • Skilled to help the recruiting, training, and leading a diverse team of therapists and wellness professionals
  • Proven track record in driving business performance, managing budgets, and operational metrics
  • Passion for mindfulness, holistic wellness, and luxury hospitality.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Good English communication skills

Job Description:

  • Develop, implement, and oversee wellness programs promoting a healthy lifestyle.
  • Design initiatives focused on physical fitness, mental health, stress management, and nutrition.
  • Educate employees or clients on wellness resources, services, and benefits.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and wellness events.
  • Track participation and effectiveness of wellness initiatives.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on program success and impact.
  • Collaborate with HR, healthcare providers, and wellness professionals to enhance programs.
  • Coordinate with fitness trainers, nutritionists, and mental health specialists.
  • Maintain partnerships with external wellness organizations for additional resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Stay updated on wellness industry trends and best practices.
  • Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
  • Identify and select external partners to collaborate with the spa and wellness center, particularly in the retail area.
Program Development & Implementation
  • Design, implement, and oversee wellness programs that promote a healthy lifestyle.
