Minimum D3/S1 degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Agriculture (Agronomy), or Environmental Engineering.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in managing utilities, landscaping, and public facilities in residential or commercial areas.
Understanding of basic MEP systems related to utility facilities (water pumps, irrigation, garden lighting, drainage systems).
Able to read and understand working drawings (shop drawings/as-built).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and facility management software.
Strong supervision skills for field teams, vendors, and contractors.
Disciplined, communicative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Capable of preparing work plans, budgets (BOQ), and monthly reports.
Good understanding of K3 (Occupational Safety and Health).

Supervise and ensure that all landscape areas, gardens, and green zones are well-maintained according to the company’s environmental and aesthetic standards.
Supervise and ensure the operational performance of the area’s utility systems.
Coordinate with the MEP team for the maintenance and repair of utility facilities (panels, pumps, valves, timers, sensors).
Collaborate with the Engineering, Security, and Housekeeping departments regarding field activities.
Immediately report any damage, disturbances, or potential hazards in the work area.
Implement K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) procedures in all field activities.
