Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor degree in any major
- Min. 1-2 years experience in Tenant Relation at Apartment / Mall
- Ready to work on shifting
- Willing to work on weekends and national holidays
- Great communication skills
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Fluent in English is a must

Job Description:
- Able to analyze and give solution towards tenant and management’s complain
- Coordinate with relevant departments in resolving tenant complaints
- Able to help and direct a team towards a specific target that has been set
- Abe to actively coordinate with tenant’s need and management
- Able to make daily, weekly, and monthly reports
