Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in sport center, fitness club, or recreation management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Passion for sports, fitness, and promoting healthy lifestyles.
  • Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Placement at Summarecon Mall Bekasi.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations of the sport center including gym, courts, and related areas
  • Supervise and support sport center staff, ensuring all are performing according to SOP
  • Monitor facility cleanliness, readiness, and equipment condition
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing classes, events, and sport programs
  • Handle customer requests and complaints, providing effective and timely solutions
  • Support Sport Center Manager in achieving operational and service excellence
  • Coordinate with vendors and instructors for classes, maintenance, and activities
  • Conduct regular inspections and follow up on safety and maintenance needs
  • Prepare simple reports on attendance, usage, and issues in the facility

Daily Operations Supervision

  • Oversee the daily operations of the sport center including gym, courts, locker rooms, and related facilities.
  • Ensure all areas are clean, safe, and functioning properly according to company standards.

 

Staff Coordination

  • Supervise and support sport center staff (receptionists, instructors, attendants, etc.).
  • Create and monitor staff schedules and ensure sufficient manpower during operational hours.

 

Customer Service & Complaint Handling

  • Respond promptly to member inquiries and complaints.
  • Provide professional and courteous service to enhance customer satisfaction.

 

Facility & Equipment Monitoring

  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure prompt follow-up of repairs.

 

Program & Event Support

  • Assist in organizing and promoting Sport Center programs, classes, and sport events.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with instructors, trainers, and third-party vendors.

 

Safety & Cleanliness Compliance

  • Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed by staff and members.
  • Monitor the implementation of hygiene standards across the sport center.

 

Vendor & Third-Party Liaison

  • Coordinate with external parties for services like equipment maintenance, class instructors, and supplies.

 

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare regular reports regarding facility usage, issues, customer feedback, and staff performance.
  • Maintain records of equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, and other operational documents.
