Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related major
- Minimum 1 year of experience in event management
- Fresh graduates with event internship experience are welcome to apply
- Strong interest in and knowledge of the fashion industry
- Having an extensive network in the fashion industry will be a plus
- Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Willing to work at Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading
- Ready to work on weekends and national holidays
Job Description:
- Propose budgets and event concepts for annual event (JF3)
- Coordinate and confirm approvals with event organizers, artists, event supporters, and tenants to ensure events run smoothly
- Prepare reports and analyze completed events on a periodic basis, including budget realization, promotional advertisement evidence, and event photo documentation
