At least 3 years of work experience as a Sales professional in a Theme Park, Recreation Park, or Hotel
Strong communication, time management, and task management skills
Ability to analyze and develop sales strategies

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with computer systems/applications

Develop sales and marketing plans and strategies for event spaces, tickets, and programs
Sell event spaces, programs, and other products to clients
Prepare proposals and conduct negotiations with clients
Supervise and manage the sales team in executing sales strategies and plans
Prepare performance reports, conduct evaluations, and support team development
Ensure compliance with casual leasing regulations
Responsible for administrative compliance and adherence to company policies
