Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in any major
- At least 2 Year of working experience in purchasing, procurement, or quality control roles
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and quality control principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good communication & negotiation skills (english will be advantage)
- This position will be placed in Summarecon Bandung
Job Description:
- Conducting purchases for high-value items
- Negotiate prices with direct purchases (according to DO)
- Create PO / SPK for purchases either from negotiations or routine contracts
- Checking each incoming PR for compliance with applicable regulations
- Maintain suppliers well so that the company gets reliable and quality suppliers
- Collaborating and coordinating in inspections/checks on each incoming item
