Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, Tourism, or a related field.

  • At least 2–3 years of working experience in event marketing or event activation (experience as an event coordinator is a plus).

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end event marketing planning, execution, and evaluation.

  • Ability to manage event budgets and conduct negotiations with vendors and external parties.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

  • Creative, proactive, with a strong sense of marketing and awareness of current event trends.

  • Accustomed to working with targets, tight timelines, and multitasking.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation & reporting support tools.

  • Willing to be placed in Gading Serpong.

Job Description:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all marketing event activities in the SQP Park & SQP Hub areas.

  • Develop event concepts aligned with branding strategies, tenant activation, and visitor traffic growth.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, tenant relations) and external parties such as vendors, communities, sponsors, and partners.

  • Manage event timelines, run-downs, technical requirements, and ensure smooth execution from preparation through event implementation.

  • Manage and monitor event budgets to ensure effective and efficient use.

  • Conduct monitoring and evaluation of event outcomes (traffic, engagement, exposure, and other KPIs).

  • Prepare periodic event implementation reports for management.

  • Identify strategic collaboration opportunities for future event development and promotional programs.
