Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
- 1–3 years of experience in land affairs
- Experienced in drafting agreements, legal analysis, and providing legal opinions
- Experienced in conducting due diligence related to land and corporate matters
- Knowledgeable about laws and regulations related to land affairs
- Experienced in land acquisition and litigation
- Preferably holds PKPA certification
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Willing to travel for business purposes
- Possess good ethics, attitude, and ability to work in a team
