Minimum education Bachelor’s degree(S1) in Law
Have at least 3 years working experience as Legal Consumer / Notary Office Staff
Have good communication skills, have high initiative, able to adapt well, meticulous and neat in filing documents
Have experience and master in the implementation of AJB, making agreements, and company licenses (preferably experienced in the property sector)
Well-groomed and attractive
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)

Processing and checking administrative files for the implementation of credit contracts, AJB, transfer of rights, buyback, certificate submission, PBG, etc.
Supporting and Supervising the Legal Consumer Department and the entire Marketing Department
Coordinate legal consumer activities with external parties such as; notary, tax office, mortgage bank, etc.
Provide information/explanation on the implementation of credit contracts, PPJB, and AJB in force.
Make agreements and submit documents related to : PPJB, agreements with property agents, PKS with mortgage banks, etc.
