Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the mall industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and fit-out processes
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Good English communication skills

Job Description:
- Coordinate tenant communication to monitor renovation progress and schedule
- Prepare design approvals for each unit and submit to the Board of Directors
- Review and approve tenant designs to meet Summarecon Mall Bekasi standards and regulation
- Conduct handovers with tenants and verify unit measurements
- Complete pre-opening and opening checklists to ensure unit readiness
- Prepare the physical condition of each unit, ensuring electricity, exhaust, and fresh air systems meet tenant needs
- Estimate costs and timelines for civil and architectural work
