Requirements:
- Minimum Associate’s Degree (D3) in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing
- At least 5 years of experience in finance and accounting
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting principles (including PSAK), especially in the real estate industry
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

Job Description:
- Prepare and review bank reconciliations, financial reports, transaction journals, and supporting data
- Monitor and manage company cash flow and cost control
- Verify documents and process financial transactions including payments to vendors and contractors
- Compile and analyze financial statements and related reports
- Assist in the preparation of company budgets
- Coordinate with external auditors for financial audit processes
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors
