Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of construction design & build, or Facility Mall
Have knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electricity, plumbing), building equipment, and maintenance procedures
Skills: In using software and familiar with design software (Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture 2D/3D, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Vray for rendering, Negotiation & Presentation
Able to make cost estimates & work timelines
Able to set priorities & handle several projects
Have knowledge of K3
Problem solving & decision making
Communication and project management skills

Carry out planning for the development of buildings & mall facilities according to the company's strategic plan
Make cost estimates & work timelines to project projects
Carry out the Aanwijzing & tender process for vendor selection
Carry out project monitoring, periodic checklists, budget & work schedule controls
Ensure that the project runs according to K3
Identify problems in the field & do troubleshooting
