Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 1 year experience in similar role will be an advantage
Great communicator and have project management skills
Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture 2D/3D, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Vray for renderings, or similar)
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
Willing to place in Summarecon Mall Kelapa Gading

Ensuring all activities in the Facility Department run according to the established standards
Control the overall facility process, and the improvement process for building facilities
