Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably in hospitality
Electrical, HVAC, or Fire Safety Certifications (preferred)
Active K3 / HSE Certification
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, generators, laundry, audio and kitchen equipment
Leadership, problem-solving, communication, teamwork
Full time position, willing to work in shift time

Lead daily operations and preventive maintenance of all club facilities
Manage the engineering team (scheduling, monitoring, and performance evaluation)
Ensure building systems reliability and workplace safety compliance
Handle troubleshooting and emergency repair situations promptly
Control maintenance reports and spare parts inventory
Coordinate with all departments to support smooth operation
