Requirements:

  • Maximum age: 35 years old
  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources Management, Humanities, or Psychology)
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a related field/industry
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Canva
  • Possesses strong analytical thinking, presentation, interpersonal, and adaptability skills to work with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Placement in Kelapa Gading

Job Description:

  • Analyze the needs for the dissemination of core values or corporate culture and other related activities to support the effective implementation of the company’s culture.
  • Develop strategic plans and programs for the dissemination and integration of corporate culture in alignment with the company’s objectives.
  • Take full responsibility for managing, evaluating, and providing follow-up actions for activities related to the dissemination and implementation of corporate culture.
  • Design and implement coaching and mentoring programs focused on corporate culture, and ensure proper monitoring of their execution.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments and units to facilitate the dissemination and monitor the implementation of the company's Core Values and culture.
