Vacancy Detail

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Law, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
At least 3 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, or Internal Audit, preferably in the property industry
Strong understanding of ISO 37301 and ISO 9001
Preferably holds professional certifications such as ISO 9001 Internal/Lead Auditor, ISO 37301 Compliance Management System, or other relevant Compliance Management System certifications
Placement in Kelapa Gading

Develop, implement, and periodically evaluate compliance policies and procedures
Develop and regularly review compliance tools, indicators, and checklists
Conduct routine compliance assessments across all Business Units and monitor follow-up actions from compliance findings
Prepare periodic compliance reports for management and relevant stakeholders
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with external regulatory changes and compliance results
Organize socialization programs and training sessions for employees related to Compliance
