Maintain good communication and relationship with residents, tenants, and other externals
Manage the complaint handling process
Review and supervise building renovation works
Analyse BoQ and RAB
Make presentations on problem analysis and work reports
Manage service business processes such as tariff setting, bill monitoring, budget analysis evaluation
Supervise outsourced work
Running and supervising cluster order according to applicable regulations
