Requirements:
- Possess working experience in Business Development.
- Experienced and skilled in preparing financial modeling and feasibility studies.
- Experienced and capable in developing business plans.
- Have solid knowledge of corporate finance and project finance.
- Able to conduct market research and business analysis.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrate integrity in maintaining confidential information and data.
- (Preferable) Have prior experience working in a property market consultancy or an organization conducting property/project feasibility studies.
Job Description:
- Conduct feasibility studies and financial modeling for new projects in accordance with the company’s established standards.
- Plan and prepare the development of new projects, either independently or in collaboration with external parties (such as other developers or landowners).
- Perform market research and business analysis on the property industry in general (including market trends, economic conditions, competitor landscape, and regulations) to support strategic decision-making in new land development initiatives.
