Requirements:

Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar position.

Able to work in a team and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Proficient in ArchiCAD, Photoshop, 3D (SketchUp + Lumion, AutoCAD, etc.).

Placement in Gading Serpong.
Job Description:
-
Prepare and review working drawings (in coordination with Drafter).
-
Conduct site inspections related to design compliance.
-
Coordinate with Architect Consultants regarding housing design concepts.
-
Assist in preparing building design concepts.
-
Coordinate with suppliers, consultants, and contractors.
-
Coordinate with vendors and external parties regarding ongoing project needs.
-
Prepare Preliminary Design drawings as a basis for mass housing working drawings.
-
Develop and coordinate with 3D model makers for promotional and marketing purposes.
