Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from any majors
- Have at least 2 years working experience as Agent Relations
- Have good presentation and communication skills
- Able to operate Microsoft Office
- Have integrity, leadership spirit, and good behavior
- Have a good ability to analyze and solve problems
Job Description:
- Establish relationships with agent offices that have collaborated with Summarecon Serpong
- Increase the number of agents who have not partnered with Summarecon Serpong in marketing Summarecon Serpong products
- Visiting the agent's office regularly to improve the relationship in marketing Summarecon Serpong's products
- Routinely conduct Product Knowledge to the agent's office
- Answer questions from agents quickly and provide satisfactory solutions
- Provide support to agent offices to sell Summarecon Serpong products, such as providing promotional materials, answering technical questions related to the product
- Coordinate with other departments regarding agent sales needs
