Requirements:
- Minimum education D3 all majors
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor
- Able to operate a computer and Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Have good communication skills
- Have knowledge related to Housekeeping, Pest Control, Landscape, Sanitation & Hygiene
- Know the service standards of Housekeeping, Pest Control, Landscape, Sanitation & Hygiene
- Willing to be placed in Tangerang – Serpong
Job Description:
- Prepare work plans, maintenance and supervision of all work areas and equipment of the Housekeeping Department related to Housekeeping, Pest Control, Landscape, Sanitation & Hygiene
- Monitor every day and ensure that every task given to the Housekeeping outsource vendor personnel is carried out properly and according to company standards
- Monitor the presence of Housekeeping outsource vendor personnel according to the cooperation agreement
- Check monthly reports and vendor absences until invoices are issued
- Conduct evaluations and performance assessments of outsources
- Create and evaluate monthly reports of the Housekeeping Department
